Founded in 2015 by singer-songwriter Kyle Cavanagh and guitarist Joe Wozniak, and drummer Danial Devost, while they were studying at Macewan University under Juno nominee Jim head. They were soon joined by multi-instrumentalist Mike Snoek to play bass guitar. Winter City creates a unique soundscape by blending genres ranging from Jazz, and folk to alternative, and hard rock.
