Elbow River's, Leanne (Lightfoot) Copithorne, vocals, rhythm guitar and banjo, Kaitlynn Copithorne, vocals and accordion, Brandon Smith, acoustic bass and Tim Jeffery, guitar, and dobro have been writing and playing together since 2011. Their first full length album, Redtail Flyer, released in 2014, was well received and defined their signature, often haunting harmonies in their original folk/roots style.
