The new recording by award winning/nominated musician and songwriter Graham Guest entitled "Relief" is his first release as a solo artist.

Graham Guest is one of Alberta's best known blues musicians. He has toured internationally with blues artists like Sue Foley, and Sean Carney, and has played with many blues artists like Big Dave McLean, Lurrie Bell, Joe Beard, Carol Fran and the list goes on and on. He has been a major force on the Alberta blues scene for the last decade both as a bandleader and as a sideman, and was nominated for a Maple Blues Award in 2010 for best blues pianist.

Graham has appeared on more than forty recordings including two recordings with Harpdog Brown, "Naturally" and "Above and Beyond" . His flawless boogie woogie piano playing melds with a more soulful blues style to make for a classic yet innovative blues sound. He has recently recorded a highly anticipated solo album with Edmonton producer Ian Martin featuring all original songs.

Graham coproduced and appeared on the CD Jane Austin Sings the Blues. He can also be heard cohosting CJSR's weekly blues show "Calling All Blues" .
