The Oshawa Ontario based Sean Burns is a singer/songwriter with a real knack for a catchy chorus and memorable melody. With songs that echo the sounds of Steve Earle, Blue Rodeo, and Tom Petty, and lyrics that embody the caustic wit of Tom Waits and Warren Zevon, Sean's music is a personable eclectic variety of styles that always seems to find a way to go together. While constantly performing live and writing music in the tradition of the traveling singer/songwriter, Sean Burns is a real "weapon" on the stage, delivering a unique brand of humour with an extensive repertoire of both original and cover songs.
