The Works Art & Design Festival Street Stage

The Works Street Stage covers 104 sets over 13 days, bringing live music to Churchill Square for over 9 hours daily. From rock to folk, jazz to hip hop, The Works Street Stage has something for everyone.

Local talent: 4/5 Edmonton Music Award Female Artist of the Year nominees (Ariana Brophy, Kimberley MacGregor, Lyra Brown, Billie Zizi) take the stage, along with a parade of local stars including Daisy Blue, Mbira Renaissance, Nadine Kellman, Erin Kay, Ken Stead, and many more.

Through a partnership with the Canadian Multicultural Education Foundation, The Works presents an eclectic display of traditional music and dance from cultures including Jewish, Greek, and South Asian, on June 26.

On Canada Day, visit The Works Street Stage for a host of bands led entirely by Alberta women and leaders in the provincial music scene: Tzadeka, Billie Zizi, Samantha King, Borscht, Audrey Ochoa, Justine Vandergrift, and Celeigh Cardinal lead The Works in a celebration of women in Canadian music for the busiest day on The Works site.

The Works Street Stage is located in front of the all ages licensed patio, making it the perfect place to grab a drink and take in a free top-notch performance or two, or dance in the sun on Churchill Square! For more information and complete lineup, visit the website.
