Friday July 19th The Studio Music Foundation & Raised Fist Productions presents.....

THE HAZE:This band started out as a side project from another band and over the years the idea lingered and it ran and kept building and building until we created this band. The Haze had plenty of members come and go when discovering the sound and idea for this band. We are four individuals who create pure, classic, Rock n' Roll. We have many influences from the classic rock days and even the new stuff of today; these bands include Led Zeppelin, The Who, Rush, Metallica, Foo Fighters, Them Crooked Vultures, and more.

GYROIID: Starting in 2011, Gyroiid has been growing, shrinking and changing until late 2012 with a solid three pieces. Incorporating influences from Rock, Punk, Grunge and Metal, Gyroiid with a complex mix or original ideas's to a nicely rounded out song base.

ARACHNE'S WEB: Originally formed back a couple years ago AW, didn't really come together and performing until 2012. Believing in a hard nosed work ethic and attitude never to give up allowed Arachne's Web to open up for such bands as SkullHammer, Mortillery and Van Ghost with a recent recordings in the works, this band is hungry and looking to be an active force in the Edmonton metal scene.

VITAL: Originally formed back in 2009 , this group of kids dedicated to making good, solid Metal music have continued to work on a original project and the dues are paying off. After sorting out a couple kinks/ line up changes and a small hiatus, VITAL is BACK , re-energized and ready to get back in the local scene and gaining new fans every time they play The Studio. Playing their own brand of Heavy Metal , and influenced by likes of Metallica, Anthrax, Megadeath, Black Sabbath, Lamb Of God, and Led Zeppelin these guys are simply here to do what they love: Play Live Music.
