Wednesday August 28th // The Studio Music Foundation & Raised Fist Productions proudly present...
MARRY ME // Brings together three artists from completely different musical backgrounds (punk, musical theatre, and metal). Influenced by the likes of Jimi Hendrix, Jack White, Eric Clapton, and classic blues and punk music, this Vancouver three piece stops at nothing to entertain at every show, off and on the stageAfter releasing their debut EP in April 2013, Marry Me shot their first music video for the single “Ignite” in mid-May. The Marry Me EP sound is blues-punk-rock. It starts with the sexy, grooving “Feeling”, followed by “Ignite”, which makes you want to PARTY. “Rude” is a grindy, blues jam, and finally “The Bailiff” is irresistible retro pop!

FIGHT TO SWILL // Formed from the drunken underbelly of Edmonton. Between the raw vocals and sick guitar of Jimmy Punktured, Firey hellish beats of Rodney Rude and the talented slice of Colby Caustic, the band is jumping onto the scene and ready to fight
their way to the top.

RAVENSWORD // This Rock minded foursome with a blues edge will send a shiver up your spine. Reuniting 10 years after they originally took alternate paths, the band has gained new talent on lead guitar and naturally took off in a creative new direction. With live experience mainly attained from separate projects throughout the years, What the Water Sees was ready to write, record, and rock within a couple months of revival. Playing to fueled crowds right from the start, . A genre of music that seems to open the door and invite you in for one hell of a good time. What the Water Sees has a fresh, undisguised sound that comes across refreshing in today's scene.
